I Have Hyperemesis Gravidarum And Have A Hard Time Keeping

I have hyperemesis gravidarum and have a hard time keeping food down, or even moving without zofran, and marijuana, it's the only thing that has helped. But I am 28 weeks pregnant and worried about cps. I don't want to lose my child for trying my hardest to keep him alive, how do I clean my system before the birth?
