I Have Hypertension And Had An "attack" The Other Day

I have hypertension and had an "attack" the other day with extremely high blood pressure. The next day I woke up with a red spot in my eye and a headache. This was two days ago and the red spot is going back and forth getting bigger then smaller. The headache is still there. Should I see a doctor?
