I Have Hypertension And Have Started To Take Hydralazine 25mg

I have hypertension and have started to take Hydralazine 25mg 4 times a day along with my Toprol 25mg before bed time and soon after I have a terrible stomach ache . this happened yesterday and again this evening. Could this be from the medication?......Ray
