I Have Hyperthyroidism And Graves Disease. My Tsh Levels Are

I have hyperthyroidism and graves disease. My tsh levels are below 0.01 and my ft4 is 63.1 the normal range for ft4 is 15-20 so iI know I'm sky high at the minute. I'm waiting to get rradioactive iodine treatment and have to stay off my properthyuricil medication. Since a few hours ago I have been getting severe sharp pains in my chest my heart rate is sitting at 160bpm . I have been really warm todayand earlier i was having dizzy spells. My shaking is out of control and my doctor told me no point in taking beta bblockers because they ddon't work for me. Is the pain etc due to being extremly hyper with my thyroid. TThanks
