I Have Hyperthyroidism And Have Been Off My Meds For

I have hyperthyroidism and have been off my meds for two years. I currently am experiencing the normal things such as extreme fatigue and weight gain. However my question is about numbness in my hands and arms. Usually starts in my fingers and gradually works its way to my elbows, sometimes to my shoulders. Could this be another side effect of hyperthyroid??
