I Have Hyperthyroidism And Suspect That I Am Pregnant Because

I have hyperthyroidism and suspect that i am pregnant because my period stopped almost 4 months ago which i think is a side effect of thyroid problems, and i also had unprotected sex with my boyfriend but used the pull out method around the same time. Would having a abortion be possible and/ or safe at this point?
