I Have Hyperurecemia, Consistent Uric Acid Concentrations For The Last

I have hyperurecemia, consistent uric acid concentrations for the last 8 years of over 7.5 to 8.5. I've not taken medication to bring it down and considering going to the doctor to start. I've had about 1-2 gout episodes per year in the toe, most recently my ankle.
My question, is hyperurecemia related to other disorders? For example, I have eczema blisters on hands during hot humid weather (in summer) and from taking hot baths, also mild carpal tunnel in both wrists/hands, and cramping calf muscles. I workout mildly but nothing intensive but the carpal tunnel and calf cramping doesn't get better.
