I Have Hypothyroidism And I Have Noticed Before I Stared

I have hypothyroidism and I have noticed before I stared Synthroid my urine had a different odor. when I first started Synthroid I noticed the odor was considerably less. I only notice this odor in the morning with the first urine. I believe my Synthroid needs increased and will know by blood test. Could this be the cause for the odor in my urine.
