I Have Ibs..but The Last Month I Have Had An

I have ibs..but the last month I have had an almost neon yellow and light grass green water dihrria..what causes this? I have not changed any medications,changed my diet, nothing has changed. I am worred that something is really wrong...thank you. Pam Sawyer
