I Have Identical Bruises On My Upper Arms That Follow

I have identical bruises on my upper arms that follow the shape of blood vessels. I hit my funny bone last night on only my left arm and had no feeling in my left hand for a while immediately after. Now I have a slight weakness in my left hand and numb sensation but not as bad as last night. Why do I have a bruise on my right bicep too?
