I Have Idiopathic Neuropathy In My Feet. The Sensations/pain/discomfort Change

I have idiopathic neuropathy in my feet. The sensations/pain/discomfort change with my body position (sitting, laying etc). I have arthritis affecting l4/l5 and s1 in my back. I feel my back problems are part of my neuropathic discomfort since the areas of my feet that bother me correspond to what I find are symptoms of l4/l5 and s1 nerve problems. How do I get an orthopedist or neurologist to consider this?
