I Have, In The Last Few Weeks, Developed A Light,

I have, in the last few weeks, developed a light, but very itchy rash around my neck on my collar bone. I have tried different lotions, antihistamines, and nothing at all with the same results. It comes and goes without logical connection to any new foods, activities, medications, etc.
