I Have In The Past Six Months Or So Several

I have in the past six months or so several intermittent involuntary actions: hiccups, which seem to be getting a bit heavier; sudden deep breaths, like I’m gasping; body and limbs jerking. Since these are all involuntary, I wonder if they are somehow related.
