I Have Indentation In My Scalp At The Back -

I have indentation in my scalp at the back - nape of my neck. the circumference of the indentation is growing and the area is very sensitive and their is now mild hair loss. I have slight numbness on rt side of face along cheek and outer rt eye socket some aching in rt. forearm. I have have had an MRI and ultrasound.... inconclusive.... Suggestions please.
