I Have Inflamed Gums. Just Had A Dental Cleaning And

I have inflamed gums. Just had a dental cleaning and check up, no indication of gingivitis, tooth decay, etc. Dentist doesn't see likely cause. Also have the feeling that my mouth is scratched on the inner portion of top and bottom lip. Haven't changed any medication. Have had this issue for about 3 plus months.
