I Have Inflammation On My Foreskin. Only On My Left

I have inflammation on my foreskin. Only on my left side of penis shaft. It appeared the day after protected sex. I has been constantly growing over the last 24hrs. I'm a little scared now. It is not painful to the touch.. My pelvic region is a little tender aswell. I can barely pull my foreskin back to urinate. At oNE point it was only slightly swollen and has small pimple like dots on the swollen area and it just kept growing from there... I just started taking motrin. Will that help the swelling go down?
