I Have Intense Itching & Burning From My Ears Top

I have intense itching & burning from my ears top of chest, arms side of stomach, has been like this since June, the only thing that helps is benedryl
I have been allergy tested twice & also patch tested & tons of blood work done
None of the doctors know what wrong help
