I Have Intense Pain In The Entire Cervical Area Of

I have intense pain in the entire cervical area of my spine. I recently injected a couple small amounts. I'm new too it, and am want to know what exactly is going on inside back. It feels absolutely cold, Like a VERY intense anesthesia/freezing, which causes a lot of pain. I'm sure the answer is simple, but I've been unable to find answers. Thank you.
