I Have Irregular Hearth Beat, Chest Pain, Pain Under Ribs

I have irregular hearth beat, chest pain, pain under ribs both sides, bot not like pain, but more as discomfort, sometimes it gets like a short stabbing pain ether on the left or the right side under ribs, it also feels something is moving or gets squeezed at some points. I have had swollen lymph node under my jaw for 6 weeks, and its now getting smaller, it was around 2 cm, and now is less the 1 cm. I started coughing just a week ago and have white,-yellowing mucus, like a drip in my throat.
