I Have Irregular Patches That Are Very Faint On My

I have irregular patches that are very faint on my face not red but the borders are kind of pink and the ones close to the corner of my eye and moth on left side are itchy and sometimes like a burn,, allmost all patches are on the left side of my face from my forhead to my chin sometimes there is slight swelling on my upper cheeck and the bone under my eye is very tender . If i can attach a pic it would be more clear
