I Have Irregular Period, I Am Not Sexually Active But

I have irregular period, i am not sexually active but i had foreplay in which my boy friend ejaculated around my vaginal. I am about 3-5 days late on my period, have slightly Nipple tenderness, right breast tenderness, feel dizzy sometimes, some vaginal discharge, mild crampings which are off and on. Though been emotionally stressed of late, 2 negative urine PT and 1 negative blood pregnancy test... Please i am very paranoid, i dont know what is wrong
