I Have Irregular Periods And I Haven't Had My Period

I have irregular periods and I haven't had my period for 3 months. Just recently I noticed when I wiped after I peed I had some blood on it and the blood tissues, which looks like strawberry jam so you could say. Anyways, what are the possible reasons on why it's like this.
