I Have Irregular Periods And I'm Thyroid Patient, Im Tryig

I have irregular periods and I'm thyroid patient, im tryig to get pregnant. A week before my periods date there was light spotting for few hours. It's been a week now and I haven't yet got my periods. I checked for pregnancy, it came back negative as well. Also, today I saw thick white ball like a pea size in perfect round shape when I peed. Is this normal? Advice please.
