I Have Irregular Periods And The Reason Is PCOS .

I have irregular periods and the reason is PCOS . My doctor advised me to take Pause xt to stop my bleeding , "Metital Myo-inositol & metformin hydrochloride(sustained release) tablets, and oral contraceptive Ovral g.
I'm really scared to take the ovral g pills. And he also prescribed me Menoreg 300ml syrup.
My problem is that I don't want to take the oral contraceptive pill. Will it be okay if I don't take it?
