I Have Irregular Periods Usually Because I Have PCOS. The

I have irregular periods usually because I have PCOS. The past year Ive had it every month though. I did not get it in October and I should of had it by the 11th of October. I took a pregnancy test about 2 weeks ago at night and it was a negative. I have not taken one since. Im wondering if I should take another one or just wait til I get it in November
