I Have Irregular Peroids Problem. And I Was Taking Ginette

I have irregular peroids problem. And I was taking ginette 35 tablet for nearly 6 months. But if in case I forget my tablet for a day or two I get my peroids. So mean while I had unprotected sex with my partner I took Ipill also. I had my last cycle in December with scanty flow. Now I had a brown discharge last week. Is there any possibility of miscarriage? ?
