I Have Ischemic Colitis And Just Suffered A Flare Up

I have ischemic colitis and just suffered a flare up a few days ago. It came on very suddenly so I can't connect it to anything I was doing at the time. This is about the 5th time this has happened. This flare up was mild compared to others I have had in the past. I suspect this is brought on by stress. Could that be a trigger.
