I Have Itching Above My Clitoris Near The Very Tip

I have itching above my clitoris near the very tip of my vagina. It almost feels as if the skin is cracked or cut as it will also burn a little as I try to wipe away the discharge that seems to be building up in that area. I haven't been sweating, changed soaps or been sexually active. There is a possibility of personal over stimulation.
