I Have Itching All Over My Body Even Down Into

I have itching all over my body even down into my ears and deep in my nose all over but there are no rashes on my body anywhere but I get little bumps that come up then desapear
and it fills like I am being stuck with neddles
and my thyroid doc said it is not a allergy.
