I Have Itching Around Anus. It Is Very Red In

I have itching around anus. It is very red in the area and It itches mainly when using the bathroom but keeps me up at night. I have used normal creams otc but it provides only brief relief mainly at night. No std's or activity in that area and no bumps. I also use wet unscented wipes to avoid using toilet paper. It has been going on for a month.
