I Have Itchy Bumps On My Left Arm That I

I have itchy bumps on my left arm that I scratch too much when I am sleeping and that makes them worse. My doctor prescribed a steroid cream which helps but only until the next outbreak. I am trying to figure out if this is stress related or if it could be dust mites.
