I Have Itchy Bumps On My Skin After Working In

I have itchy bumps on my skin after working in the garden in the sun. It seems to break out on my arms and neck. Today I have a couple on my face. some bumps seem to blister. They have now lasted a week, and I got more on my arm today from being outside. I have never had a problem before.
