I Have Itchy/burning Feeling And Tiny Soars On My Scalp

I have itchy/burning feeling and tiny soars on my scalp and it smells kind of like grapes. I try not to scratch it to see if it would go away but it doesn't and it bleeds sometimes. Also has tiny white flaky patches like dandruff. Now I'm starting to lose my hair in the areas of the soars and it's only on the top and back of my head and doesn't spread anywhere else. Someone told me to use tea tree oil and it would go away?
