I Have Itchy Red Rash Around My Mouth But Not

I have itchy red rash around my mouth but not on my lips, it also spreads to my eye lids and neck. It is very uncomfortable and looks very noticible to me. I have tried many treatments and right now I am trying some essential oils and natural things because prescriptions haven’t seemed to help long term. I have a history of exclamation since I was little and have very sensitive skin.
