I Have Itchy Welts (like Mosquito Bites) On The Side

I have itchy welts (like mosquito bites) on the side of my face and the opposite leg. They are not painful, and they are not from mosquitos. I am aware they could be bedbugs, but it is highly unlikely, and I have not seen any other signs of them. They also don't seem to have a head, or any spot in the middle unless I scratch and they scab.
