I Have Itchy Wrists, Forearms And Ankles With No Rash.

I have itchy wrists, forearms and ankles with no rash. It started on holiday with a prickly heat type rash and I took antihistamines and it seemed to calm it down. Back home after two weeks and it wakes me up at night and I have to scratch .... Helpful suggestions to try Age 48 , fit & healthy , always have flaky skin on elbows which I moisturise every day and I've been doing my arms and legs every morning sine holiday too with e45
