I Have Just Awoken With A Dull, Achey, Painful Pain

I have just awoken with a dull, achey, painful pain on the front of my body right in the center gap where my rib cage is seperated. I would say it is 3-4 inches above my belly button. I am extremely uncomfortable and have never felt this pain before. It does not feel stomach related or like gas.
