I Have Just Been Diagnosed With Lichen Sclerosis. I Am

I have just been diagnosed with lichen sclerosis. I am 57 years old. I have also been having frequent UTI. I have been prescribed clobetasol steroid cream. My pharmacist said I should not use this cream long term because I have advanced glaucoma. I need to find an alternative medication. I have not used the steroid cream yet because I don't want to further harm my eyesight. Any suggestions for medication would be appreciated. Thank you.
