I Have Just Been Diagnosed With Osteoarthritis By My Primary

I have just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis by my primary provider; the pain started about three weeksa ago. I am taking Tylenol three times a day to help with the pain. Pain is in hip and knee. Is there anything I can do myself through light exercise to help? Am 71 and try to exercise at least four times a week. Thank you.
