I Have Just Been Diagnosed With Otitus Media And Was

I have just been diagnosed with otitus media and was prescribed Flonase. My hearing in both ears is compromised, the left more than the right one. The sides of my neck behind my ears feels full and aches. Is there anything else I can do besides use the Flonase to speed up relief?
