I Have Just Been Discharged From The Hospital With Prescription

I have just been discharged from the Hospital with Prescription for Levothyvoxine 25 mg i tab daily and instructed to discontinue my Triamterene/Hctz-37.5/25 as well as Diclofenac 50mg tablet which I was recently Prescribed by my PCP for my back for my severe back pain.(Degenerative Disk Desease and I am not sure whether to these instructions for follow up with PCP who is closed for the day and wont be back till Monday.
