I Have Just Been Tested For All Std, And Results

I have just been tested for all std, and results came back negative. I still have a small creamy substance coming from my penis when I pull it up to check. Is it some sort of urine infection? I have no discomfort urinating just a slight discomfort in my bladder all the time. Any ideas?
