I Have Just Been Told By My GI That My

I have just been told by my GI that my stool came back positive for e coil. I was told about a month and a half ago I also had e coli from a stool sample. I am not a dirty person and wash my hands often along with fruits and veggies. I cook all meat well done and my husband does not have it. Should I be concerned. I am not and have not took any mess for it
