I have just been told my A1C is above normal and I am pre diabetic. I'm looking for information on how to lower my risk. I have recently lost 25 pounds and am still going to Weight Watchers but I have not been watching carbs and sugar content because with WW you just count points. I'm looking for information on how many grams of carbs and/or sugar is a healthy goal each day.
