I Have Just Come Out Of Hospital Have Liver Damage

I have just come out of hospital have liver damage and have got lactulose to take 10ml 3 times a day. I have been having bowel movements about 10 times a day. is this normal. I have been discharged for 2 days. also don't seem to be passing enough urine for amount of fluids I have been drinking
