I Have Just Fallen And And Severely Hurt My Ribs

I have just fallen and and severely hurt my ribs possibly cracking one. I am a heart patient and take Pradaxa along with Toprol, digoxin and a couple of water pills. I also recently was prescribed 6mg of quitapine to help me sleep. What can I safely take for pain? I have hydrocone in my medicine cabinet from a fall a year ago, but i am aware of its problems for people and therefore would only want to take a light dose. What would you suggest?
