I Have Just Finished Taking Amoxicillian On Wednesday Of Last

I have just finished taking amoxicillian on Wednesday of last week. I begin taking fluconazole on Tuesday as well and took a second dose on Friday. I am still having issues even after taking two doses of fluconazole. Do I need to take another dose or call my doctor?
