I Have Just Found Out My Husband Has Been Having

I have just found out my husband has been having an affair for the last 2years, we have been together 45 years. He will not give her up so He is in process of leaving our marital home to live onhis own. I cant stop crying am losing weight, not eating not sleeping family say I am heading for nervous breakdown but they cant help me to cope. What can I do
