I Have Just Had A Colonoscopy And Had Two Sessile

I have just had a colonoscopy and had two sessile polyps removed. My third time for having polyps removed. In the print out I was given it said the procedure was unusually difficult due to significant looping. I have suffered from bowel problems all my life and so does my daughter and my grand daughter appears to be the same at the tender age of 3. Is this problem hereditary, and if so how can we improve our bowel function. Thank you Sandra
