I Have Just Had A Tooth Pulled Because It Was

I have just had a tooth pulled because it was causing an infection. They placed me on two rounds of antibiotics when the swelling in my sinuses had not gone down. Now the right side of my nose is blocked with clear runny discharge but I can not inhale from the right nostril. I have been rinsing with a saline based nasal solution and it rinses like there was no blockage. When I try to inhale through that side I get a very strong pus like rotten smell. Do you have any idea what this could be?
